Low tide

Today the tide was very low and there was a lot of activity on the beach. Unfortunately, it was drizzling most of the time and I had to keep the camera safe under the jacket.

    You have much better weather for shooting Gulls than us! It's freezing and windy here.

    the first image is especially in your area of expertise :D

    Yes, it's better, but the anomalies are amazing. It should be the hottest part of the summer and since two days ago temperatures have dropped to 7-8 degrees Celsius, which is typical for winter nights. May be it has to do with air inversions created by the horrific and tragic bushfires in Victoria...
