Cockatoos

A White Cockatoo was the first exotic bird I saw on my first morning in Australia seven years ago.
A parrot! A parrot! How exciting!
I hope he is still alive and enjoys his long cockatoo life somewhere in this country, where many native animals are called pests and treated as such.
Let's say 'Goodbye' to several Cockatoo species today as this is their final appearance on the pages of this bloG. I wish I could post some Blacks, Gang-Gangs and Cockatiels too, but didn't get the opportunity to photograph them...
