Superb Blue Wren Family (93)

Another family. This time nothing 'unusual' happened. They just posed for quick photos and went on with their wren business.

    Thanks Dave. They are superb. Even more in real life than on the photo. The blue of the male is somehow more fluorescent.

    Great little posers aren't they? We find them in all sorts of habitat - ah, except golf courses, or this one at least. A real favourite, thanks!

    Wrens are a favorite of mine too. Besides many others, of course. We are so lucky that we can see such a fantastic variety of wildlife in this country.
